Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)

Thank you for choosing Florida Consulting Management care. We appreciate your trust in our services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

• All consulting services provided by Florida Consulting Management care are non-refundable.
• Once a purchase is made and the service is initiated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.
• This includes but is not limited to:
  • Healthcare Licence Type
  • Licensing Application
  • Nurse Registries
  • Provider Enrollment Medicaid & Medicaid Waiver (APD)
  • Homemaker & Companion service
  • Home Health Agency
  • Any other service provided by Florida Consulting management care

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled appointments or services; however, refunds will not be issued. To cancel an appointment or service, please notify us at least 3 in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment/service without eligibility for a refund.

Exceptions

In rare cases of extreme circumstances such as technical failure on our end preventing the delivery of the service, we may offer a credit towards future services at our discretion. Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
